Stop Saying "I am Happy"! Apne Emotions aur Moods ko English mein Express Karein

Hum sab din bhar mein kai tarah ke emotions feel karte hain—kabhi khushi, kabhi gussa, toh kabhi thakaan. Lekin jab English mein batane ki baari aati hai, toh hum sirf "I am happy" ya "I am sad" par atak jaate hain.

1. Jab Aap Bahut Khush Hon (Beyond "Happy")
Sirf "Happy" bolna purana ho gaya hai. In cool phrases ka use karein:
  • On Cloud Nine: Jab aap itne khush hon ki lagta hai aasman mein ud rahe hain.
    • Sentence: "I got the promotion! I am on cloud nine right now." (Mujhe promotion mil gaya! Main bahut zyada khush hoon.)
  • Over the Moon: Jab koi badi khushi mile.
    • Sentence: "She was over the moon when she saw her exam results."
  • Content: Jab aap apni life se puri tarah satisfied aur shaant hon.

2. Gussa aur Khij (Anger & Frustration)
Jab dimaag kharab ho, toh "Angry" ki jagah ye bolein:
  • Fuming: Jab aap gusse se tamtama rahe hon.
    • Sentence: "He was fuming when he saw the broken vase." (Guldasta toota dekh woh gusse se laal ho gaya.)
  • Pissed off / Annoyed: Jab koi cheez aapko chidha rahi ho.

  • Lose your cool: Jab gusse mein aap apna control kho dein.

Nervousness ko express karne ke liye best phrases:
  • Butterflies in my stomach: Jab interview ya date se pehle pet mein "gudgudi" ya darr lage.
    • Sentence: "I had butterflies in my stomach before my stage performance."
  • Stressed out: Jab kaam ya zimmedari ka bojh bahut zyada ho.
    • Sentence: "I am totally stressed out about the exams."
  • Apprehensive: Jab aapko kisi cheez ko lekar thoda sa darr ya shaq ho.
    • Sentence: "I’m a bit apprehensive about moving to a new city."
4. Thakaan aur Sadness (Tiredness & Sadness)
  • Burned out: Jab kaam karte-karte aap itne thak jayein ki ab bilkul energy na bachi ho.
    • Sentence: "After working for 12 hours, I feel completely burned out."
  • Heartbroken: Jab dil toot jaye ya bahut gehri chot lage.
    • Sentence: "He was heartbroken after the breakup."
  • Down in the dumps: Jab aapka mood bina kisi wajah ke off ho ya udaas ho.
    • Sentence: "She’s been down in the dumps since yesterday."
