Oops! Office mein hone wali 5 Common Grammar Mistakes aur unka Sudhaar

Hum sab jaldi mein hote hain, lekin 'Your' aur 'You’re' ki galti aapke impression ko kharab kar sakti hai. Aaj hum dekhenge wo common galatiyan jo log aksar office emails aur chats mein karte hain aur unhe kaise theek karein.

1. Your vs. You’re
Sabse zyada hone wali galti!
  • Wrong: "Your welcome." ya "I hope your doing well."
  • Right: "You’re welcome" (You are) aur "Your report" (Aapki report).
  • Pro-Tip: Agar aap "You are" bolna chahte hain, toh hamesha You're use karein.
2. Its vs. It’s
  • Its (Bina apostrophe): Kabza dikhane ke liye (Possession).
    • Example: "The company changed its policy." (Company ne apni policy badli.)
  • It’s (Apostrophe ke saath): "It is" ka short form.
    • Example: "It’s a great opportunity." (Ye ek accha mauka hai.)
3. There, Their, aur They’re
  • There: Jagah ke liye. ("Put the file there.")
  • Their: Logon ke liye. ("It is their project.")
  • They’re: "They are" ke liye. ("They’re joining the meeting.")
4. "Me" vs. "I" (The 'Copy-Paste' Rule)
  • Wrong: "Please send the file to Rahul and I."
  • Right: "Please send the file to Rahul and me."
  • Simple Trick: Rahul ka naam hata kar dekhiye. "Send the file to I" galat lag raha hai na? "Send the file to me" sahi hai!
5. Irregardless (Ye koi word nahi hai!)
Log aksar 'Regardless' ki jagah 'Irregardless' bol dete hain, jo ki galat hai.
  • Right: "Regardless of the budget, we need quality." (Budget jo bhi ho, humein quality chahiye.)
