Man ki Shanti! Seekhein Mental Health aur Mindfulness se jude 5 Zaroori Words

Hum sab apne sharir ka dhyan rakhte hain, lekin man (mind) ka kya? Aaj kal "Stress" aur "Anxiety" jaise words har koi use karta hai, lekin inka asli matlab aur inke solutions kya hain? Aaiye seekhte hain wo vocabulary jo aapko "Mentally Strong" banne mein madad karegi.

1. Mindfulness (Vartaman mein jeena)
Iska matlab hai poori tarah se "Present Moment" mein hona. Bina kal ki chinta kiye ya beete huye kal (past) ka dukh manaye, abhi par dhyan dena.
